This bank project in Greeley was one of many projects we did for Firstate Bank, Firstier Bank, and now Compass Banks of Colorado.  Tim Wiens, the Bank’s owner and President, came to us with a need to perform the design and the work in a very specific period of time. 

The work to be completed was in the main entrance to the Bank.  Because this is the only entrance, it had to remain open at all times.  We accomplished this effectively and without undue disturbance.

Both the tile and ceiling work were complicated because we tied two separate spaces together.  As you can see, our creative design and work was done in such a way as to create a very nice flow through the new space.  We were thrilled with our final product for the Bank.

Because this design and construction went so smoothly, we once again were able to get this project in under budget.  It was completed on time for the asset transfer to Compass Banks.
